On May 15th, 2019, Prof. Andrew Daire, Dean of School of Education of Virginia Commonwealth University visited Faculty of Education, ECNU. Yang Fuyi (Associate Dean of Faculty of Education) and Qiu Yue (Director of the International Affairs Division) met with Prof. Andrew Daire.
Professor Yang Fuyi warmly welcomed Dean Andrew Daire on behalf of Faculty of Education. During the talks, the two sides further discussed the specific cooperation between the two universities’ education disciplines. Agreement was achieved on student exchange and mutual staff visits programs. The two sides also signed a collaboration agreement on graduate programs in two universities’ education disciplines.
After the meeting, Dean Daire briefed Virginia Commonwealth University and School of Education to the students of Faculty of Education, as well as its summer programs and graduate programs, and interacted with the students interested in participating in exchange programs.
